To ensure we have the most outstanding team members, our selection process is rigorous. For example, the selection process for trainers, lecturers, and tutors includes an online application, CV review, first-round one-way interview, second-round interview, presentation, and reference check.

Below are the typically available positions with our school:
Training Team Members
Trainers. Trainers deliver and facilitate training courses. Training courses are delivered online, face-to-face, and in a blended format (both online and face-to-face). Face-to-face classes are offered in Malawi, Botswana, Eswatini, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, and Namibia. These positions are part-time and are filled on a rolling basis.
Certification Coaches. A coach works with participants in our certification boot camp. Coaches answer questions, guide, and encourage. They also facilitate tutorial sessions that review exam practice questions. These positions are part-time and are filled on a rolling basis.
Academic Team Members
Lecturers. Lecturers teach in our academic program. They are responsible for tailoring content based on the course outline, preparing assignments, tests, and exam; and marking assignments, tests, and exams. These positions are part-time and are generally filled at the beginning of the academic year.
Tutors. Tutors work with a pre-assigned number of students in our academic program. Tutors conduct group review sessions, hold regular open office hours, and provide one-on-one tutoring both face-to-face and online. These positions are part-time and are generally filled in the beginning of the academic year.
