PMI-ACP: Agile Certified Practitioner

The PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®) certification recognizes an individual’s expertise in using agile practices in their projects while demonstrating their increased professional versatility through agile tools and techniques.  Earning your PMI-ACP certification is the perfect way to demonstrate your knowledge of and commitment to this rapidly growing approach to project management. It showcases your agile training, experience, and depth of knowledge on agile practices, tools and techniques. Plus, it’s the only certification that validates expertise in multiple agile approaches.

PMI-ACP® does NOT require PMI’s PMP® certification as a prerequisite.

PMI-ACP Boot Camp Prerequisites:  

• Education: Registrants should have at least a Grade 12 certificate.

• Previous Training: Registrants must have completed the training Agile Approaches to Projects or the equivalent.  

• Project Management Experience: Ideally, registrants should be exposed to agile approaches to project management.  In order to be eligible for the PMI-ACP exam, there are experience requirements.
