Large Classroom
Best for: Trainings, workshops, large group sessions
Description: The large classroom is a spacious training room equipped with 16 rectangular tables, 39 chairs, and a projector. It's ideal for interactive sessions and group work.
Capacity: 39 people seated, 50 people standing
Furniture and Equipment: The space contains 16 rectangular tables, 39 chairs, projector, and white board.
Room Set-up: The room can be set up in a classroom style or cleared to be an open space.

Small Classroom
Best for: Small trainings, team sessions, study groups
Description: The small classroom is a comfortable space with 6 tables (4 chairs each) and a television for presentations. It's perfect for smaller, focused sessions.
Capacity: 24 people
Furniture and Equipment: The space contains six square tables with 4 chairs each, a whiteboard, cabinets, and a television (for projection).
Room Set-up: The square tables can be rearranged to create larger rectangular tables.
Rental Fees:
Hourly: N$250 + VAT (N$287.50)
Daily: N$1,300 + VAT (N$1,495)

Board Room
Best for: Executive meetings, interviews, small team discussions
Description: The boardroom is a professional venue with one large table and seating for 8. It is ideal for focused, high-level discussions and private meetings.
Capacity: 8 people
Furniture and Equipment: The space contains one large table, 8 chairs, a television (for projection), and a whiteboard.
Room Set-up: The room cannot be rearranged.
Rental Fees:
Hourly: N$200 + VAT (N$230)
Daily: N$875 + VAT (N$1,006.25)

Student Lounge
Best for: Informal gatherings, fun social events, meals and light refreshments, casual meetups and hangouts
Description: The Student Lounge is a vibrant, open area designed for comfort and connection. With its colorful atmosphere and relaxed layout, it is an ideal space for groups looking for a less formal venue to gather, unwind, and enjoy time together.
Capacity: 20 people
Furniture and Equipment: The space contains two rectangular tables, one round table, 6 ottomans, 12 chairs, and three barstools.
Room Set-up: The room can be rearranged as desired by the renter.

Daily: N$1,088 +VAT (N$1251.20)

Common Area/Collaboration Space
Best for: Social gatherings and networking events, informal celebrations and mixers, team-building activities, workshop breakaway sessions, light catering events and refreshments
Description: This open, flexible space is designed to encourage connection, conversation, and collaboration. It is ideal for events where guests are free to move around, mingle, and engage with one another in a relaxed setting. The area includes a limited number of tables, chairs, and is not intended for fully seated events. Guests can comfortably stand, circulate, and interact, which makes it perfect for dynamic and social experiences.
Capacity: 30 - 50 people
Furniture and Equipment: The inside space contains two tables with four chairs each, and 5 lounge chairs. Up to 6 additional tables can be added to the space. The outside space contains a table with 6 chairs plus a braai area.
Room Set-up: The space can be rearranged as desired by the renter.

Additional Details
To ensure a smooth and successful event, please review the following guidelines and policies:
Catering: You are welcome to bring your own catering to suit your event needs. Alternatively, we can connect you with our network of trusted caterers who provide reliable, high-quality service.
Booking and Cancellation: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance qualify for a partial 50% refund. Cancellations made in less than seven days are non-refundable.
Damage Deposit: A fee of N$1,000 will be charged for each booking. This amount is refundable within two (2) weeks after the event, provided no damages are incurred.
Cleaning Fee: A non-refundable cleaning fee of N$250 will be charged for each event.
Payment: Full payment is required in advance to confirm your booking. Payments must be made in advance into the school's operating account. SoAfrSPM bank details are on the website.
Event Hours: Events may be conducted between 07:00 and 21:00.
Overtime: Events exceeding the agreed rental time will be charged at the applicable hourly rate.
Set-Up Time: One hour of setup time is included at no additional cost. Additional setup time may be arranged at an extra charge.
Access: Access is limited to the room(s) or space(s) booked. Use of other areas at the school without prior approval is not permitted.
Staffing: One dedicated SoAfrSPM staff member will be present during your event to provide support and ensure smooth operations.
Capacity and Safety: Clients must adhere to the maximum capacity limits of each space. All events must comply with safety regulations and emergency procedures.
Care of Facilities: Clients are responsible for ensuring that the space is used respectfully. Any damages, excessive mess, or misuse may result in deductions from the damage deposit.
Noise and Conduct: Events must be conducted in a respectful manner, with reasonable noise levels maintained at all times.
Decorations: Decorations are permitted but must not damage walls, furniture, or fixtures. No nails, adhesives, or permanent alterations are allowed.
Equipment Use: Any equipment provided must be used responsibly. Clients are liable for loss or damage to rented items.
Parking and Access: Parking is available on-site and nearby. During weekday events, there is limited parking on-site, plus off-site parking. During weekend or holiday events, there is ample on-site parking, plus nearby parking. Please contact us in advance for any special access requirements.
