The FIDIC Certified Contract Manager (FCCM) Masterclass is SoAfrSPM’s advanced preparation course for experienced professionals who want to pursue the FIDIC Certified Contract Manager (FCCM) credential. The FCCM certification is positioned by FIDIC as an internationally recognized qualification for professionals working in FIDIC contract management.
This masterclass is designed for professionals who are serious about certification and want more than content coverage alone. In addition to advanced instruction, the course is intended to support structured preparation through guided study, practice, and exam-focused reinforcement.

Prerequisites:
Participants registering for the FCCM Masterclass must have already completed Practical FIDIC Contract Management* with SoAfrSPM or an equivalent course. Because this is a certification-focused masterclass, it is intended for participants who want to deepen their readiness for the FCCM assessment.
Eligibility: The FCCM credential is intended for experienced professionals. Applicants generally qualify through one of the following routes:
Route 1:
An engineering construction management, buildings, QS, accounting, law, or infrastructure development qualification or degree AND
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience AND
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the management of aspects of construction FIDIC contracts (Red, Yellow, Silver Book)
Route 2
A minimum of 10 years of professional experience AND
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the management of aspects of construction FIDIC contracts (Red, Yellow, Silver Book)
