Practical FIDIC Contract Management is a hands-on course designed for professionals who want to understand and apply FIDIC contracts in real-world projects.
The course focuses on how FIDIC contracts are actually used in practice, across planning, execution, monitoring, and dispute situations (rather than on exam preparation). Through case-based learning and practical examples, participants develop the confidence to interpret contract clauses, manage risks, and make informed decisions on live projects.
This course also serves as the recommended foundation for those who may later choose to enroll in SoAfrSPM's FIDIC Certified Contract Manager (FCCM) Masterclass to pursue the FCCM credential.
